By accessing or using Techne Crate (“Crate”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all visitors, members, and subscribers of Techne and its connected services, including blog.techne.fm and associated email or community platforms.

2. Accounts and Membership

You may sign in using Google or a verified email-based login link. You are responsible for the security of your account and ensuring that your email address is accurate and current. Membership tiers (Community, Signal, Forge) determine access to content, downloads, and features within Crate.

3. Communication & Marketing Emails

By creating an account, subscribing, or providing your email address, you grant us permission to send you emails related to:

• Product updates and new releases
• Membership or billing information
• Promotional or marketing messages (a few times per month)

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in any message. Transactional emails (e.g., account access, billing notices) will continue as necessary to provide the service.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

Paid tiers are handled via Stripe. All billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your Stripe customer portal. Pricing, taxes, and renewal policies are displayed at checkout and may change at our discretion.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All sounds, assets, and materials available on Techne Crate are owned by Techne.fm or its creators and licensed to you for personal and professional use under our stated license. Redistribution, resale, or re-uploading of any pack or asset is strictly prohibited.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect limited data (such as your email, membership tier, and purchase history) to provide and improve the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except to process payments or deliver essential functionality.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may also cancel your membership anytime through your billing portal.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of Techne Crate after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
